Pastors Ted and Jan Currington opened their church, their hearts, their Bibles and their corral to the Biblical mandate of being a blessing to Abraham’s descendants. These cowboy churches are, as Ted and Jan say, “A good place to hang your hat!”
Miami, Florida- March 8, 2009 Held in both Spanish and English, this was a very festive and powerful Stand With Israel Event at the Cristo Vive Church. Pastor Carols Ortiz expressed his passion for the reasons all Christians should speak out for Israel and love the Jewish people. Eastern Regional Coordinator, Andrew Summey spoke with a translator on the importance of transferring that Biblical knowledge of supporting Israel and the Jewish people to the importance of action and activism on behalf of Israel. There is a desire to educate and encourage the Spanish speaking Christian community in Miami to unite “for Zion’s sake.”
February 18, 2009 Stand With Israel Event Lancaster, PA Despite the difficult weather and cancellations of many church services in the area, Mill Creek Bible Church decided to go ahead with a “Stand With Israel” event at their church with Eastern Regional Coordinator, Andrew Summey. It became a wonderful discussion among a passionate group of mostly younger high school, college, and young professionals. The praise and worship by the [church] both excited and filled those attending with a strong passion for God and His people, Israel.
